Ronald Williams - President, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in Southern California, Ron Williams is recognized as a leader and innovator in the network marketing industry with a successful career spanning more than 20 years. However, it is not just his success as a corporate executive that sets him apart from his colleagues. Williams is a true visionary. He launched ForeverGreen in 2004 with the vision to provide unique, pleasurable products and the mission to change the world one person at a time. Four years later, he is living his dream.
Willliams learned his greatest lessons in life playing sports. These lessons continue to contribute to Williams’ passion for life, music, and especially humanity. Today, he is a successful lecturer and advocate for health and personal development through his U of YOU trainings which emphasize a life of design rather than default. He is committed to a philosophy of using his time, talent and resources to making a difference in the world, one person at a time. Williams has successfully led multi-million dollar corporations with his unique talent for creatively bringing intangible concepts to life. He is also an award-winning filmmaker, author, music writer, and producer.
Recently named the president of the MLMIA (Multi-Level Marketing International Association), Williams is committed to the industry and its success across the globe. His magnetic leadership that has touched so many through ForeverGreen is now being shared on an even larger scale.

Brenda Huang – Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Huang’s marketing experience began while managing and growing Asian operations in Taiwan for Morinda, Inc. After her success in Taiwan, Brenda accepted an offer to facilitate growth of Morinda in Hong Kong, China. For the past ten years, she has worked directly with distributors in the capacities of general manager, VP of sales and marketing, customer service and operations manager. Her extended experience in different aspects of the network marketing business provide her the knowledge and vision to create and execute business strategies.

Chris Patterson - Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
Mr. Patterson has worked as an attorney in the health and wellness industry for the past 11 years. He previously served as counsel for Enrich International, Rexall Showcase International and Unicity Network in international expansion, compliance, regulatory, intellectual property and corporate matters. Prior to joining ForeverGreen, he also served as president and CEO for Zija International. Mr. Patterson speaks Portuguese and holds a B.A. from the University of Utah in Political Science along with a Certificate in International Relations. His Juris Doctorate degree is from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.

Paul Frampton - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Frampton has more than twenty years experience in the network marketing industry and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in accountancy from Brigham Young University. He earned his Public Accountant certification while working with Grant Thornton where he worked directly with Utah-based network marketing firms. For the previous 13 years, he worked with Enrich International and Unicity Network in a number of positions.

Timothy Simpson - Chief Information Officer
Mr. Simpson has worked for a diverse group of companies, including Xango, Unicity Network, Enrich International, Direct American Marketers Inc, and Arthur Anderson. Beyond technology, Mr. Simpson possesses excellent skills in marketing, branding, operations, and has a deep empathy for the people who make network marketing work - the distributors. During his career, Mr. Simpson has been a key factor in the opening of 19 foreign markets in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.

Robert Reitz - Senior Vice President of Business Analysis
Mr. Reitz started in the network marketing industry in 1997 with Enrich International. He lived in and opened the Enrich Japan territory while expanding Enrich throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas. Mr. Reitz is fluent in Japanese and also worked with markets throughout the world for Morinda, Inc. He developed a broad understanding of network marketing in the areas of commissions, finance, accounting, payroll, reporting, IT and human resources. Mr. Reitz has an MBA from NYU Stern School.

Jerry Gray - Senior Vice President of Operations and Product Development
Mr. Gray first became involved in the network marketing industry in 1982 when he attended his first opportunity meeting. He went on to become a successful distributor for several industry leaders before becoming a corporate consultant in 1998. His extensive knowledge of effective nutritional and personal care formulas assisted companies in developing world class products. Since 1999 he has held many positions including overseeing international
operations, warehouse logistics and product development. He studied nutrition at the University of Utah. Mr. Gray ensures all products contain only the purest and most effective ingredients available.

Mr. Redford has extensive experience in the health and wellness and home-based business industries. He has worked for industry leaders developing business strategy, leadership training programs, and international expansion plans. Perhaps his biggest strength is his ability to support distributors in every aspect of the business. For over ten years, his knowledge, experience, and poise has contributed to global expansion and growth. Mr. Redford exemplifies leadership in the field by supporting distributors and creating accountability. He studied Business Management at Brigham Young University and theater and performing arts at the University of Utah.

Born in Mexico City, Jorge Alvarado speaks English and Spanish fluently. In addition to his vast knowledge about the network marketing industry, Mr. Alvarado has outstanding administrative and public speaking skills. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, including corporate management, Mr. Alvarado has developed and sustained success in the Latin American market. He is passionate about international business and has participated in establishing operations in Mexico, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and the United States.
